UBerserker wrote:This pack should not be played because its gameplay is so ****ing horrible and stupid.
Agreed. Storyline (what storyline? ) and gameplay progression in this pack makes absolutly no sense at all.
UBerserker wrote:The visuals are incredibly repetitive.
Can't agree with this one, I think that visuals are brilliant in most of the pack (parts of caves and mausoleum as an exception).
UBerserker wrote:Lava inside water.
That's not THAT stupid, underwater erruptions are possible. Also, it looks cool
UBerserker wrote:The only good thing is the use of music.
Aye, the music is teh win! I really like use of both new and old tracks.
UBerserker wrote:(...) with a ugly-looking star ship at the end.
I disagree, I think it looks just as it was supposed to look - like a space shuttle. I don't think there's anything wrong with it.
UBerserker wrote:Gameplay sucks due to invulnerable hitscan turrets(...)
Hitscan turrets can be easilly avoided by choosing the right path and taking cover behind crates. Nothing wrong in introducing some tactical gameplay!
Mman wrote:However, this level has a bug where the exit randomly doesn't work, like in Xidia Gold's Landing level.
Aye, real nightmare, I reloaded the game 10 times before I finally found the right spot to stand on.
redeye wrote:On the first map for Unreality it's a tactical nightmare, for instance the houses the door is dark, so once you awake those things they hammer you and you can't see the door to run away lol.
I quite don't understand your point here. Ambushes in houses in the first map were nightmare for me. Period.
It wasn't funny to open the door and see nice little barrel of Flak Cannon touching your face.
This pack COULD have been more balanced. Also, the choice of enemies could have made more sense. Excluding Mr. Nutz would be a good start, I somehow found rest of the enemies quite fitting.
Well, anyway, I'm still not going to replay this pack.
