As title says, I'll be streaming my WIP projects no one knows about to public, the slow creation process.

What can you expect?
- 3D Studio Max modeling, UV mapping, texturing and animation, my secrets open to you.
- Mudbox modeling and sculpting (not a pro but can do stuff) texture creation and communication rules with 3DS Max.
- Unreal Engine 4 Bluepring secrets, game creation, assets import and material creation. All the sweet stuff.

Gonna be online on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays 16 GMT+1, Thursdays from around 12 GMT+1 and some weekends.
Gonna post here every time I start the stream. If anyone interested, you are welcome to ask questions as well.

Cheers.

Part 3: Painting of a shirt in Mudbox.

Image

That didn't go too well I must say. Well, I don't care, it's a speed paint. Still gotta learn a lot. :P

But, you can see how easy it is to correct things in Mudbox. I did that wrong at the beginning but then did it right :P

Part 4: Redoing the trousers shape.

Ended up redoing the shape. I'm off to bed. Cheers.

Can't make Twitch save my videos. Gotta upload them manually to Youtube. No idea why.

NOW:

Finishing trousers and probably shoes. Burning textures on low poly if time lets me to.

Done - up to texturing, gonna sit down today again in about half an hour.

Back, gonna do more.
No idea is any of you interested in this sort of thing. Should I continue or get rid of that thread?

Z-eNzyme :

I think what you're doing is awesome, sharing your knowledge with us all at USP is incredibly generous, considering the multitude of things you know. I'm also aware that some time ago you were concerned about not being able to come around as often, so I'm also glad to see you're still around and sharing what is a remarkable wealth of expertise with us all :)

I do have a minor question: I remember, perhaps some months or a year ago, that you had divulged some parts of a method you devised for modifying/re-importing Unreal 1 models with certain parts removed or edited (I remember a part of this post showcased a Brute with the guns removed from its hands). Any chance that you'll share how you came about making said model, or even the enhanced models like Armored Krall, ChefBrute, etc? Even as a Youtube video, I think plenty of us here (myself, to say the least) would be glad to see how that was done.

Good stuff! Reminds me of when you taught me how to make cloth (that cape around a character's body). It's incredible what kind of awesome things you can create in your spare time! Creative mind + technical skill!

EDIT: LOL carrot brute!

We need a community volunteer to go through the pain of exporting every single frame of every mesh the way you did, so that they can be used for creating new meshes in Max.

Lol, you watched it! I had a viewer!!! Loool XD

Edith:
I've got some of 'em exported already. But, yea, that would help. I'd gladly do more of that kind of stuff (pumpkin brute for Halloween who shoots skulls from skullguns ) if I had all the models exported.

I'll do a second part on editing the mesh (editing the MESH and adding animations) but that is a much more difficult part.

Well, you know, I've been working in 3D Studio for quite a while now. Still, I don't know the basic basics like hotkeys for example. But still, thanks :D
