Well, a few here know that I draw anime. And some people will probably hate that (referring to places like DeviantART), so I will say this: I started drawing at 4 not with anime but with airplanes. (Started buildings and other things a few months later. :P ) Lines were crooked back then but not anymore.

Here in this thread I will feature my non-anime-infected artworks. I've drawn a lot of inspiration from Command and Conquer back then. (Generals more recently.)

Image
Left side: a 40%-finished dockyard. This scene is supposed to be showing a small pier being rammed by a large assault ship landing troops into the concrete sea walls. The 'good guys' and a sea of ship containers are supposed to be on the north.
Right side: a 70%-finished highway scene. Tanks are battling it out on the top while a chaos of cars occupy the roads below. The highway section on the upper-right side is supposed to be partially destroyed and should have had a few opposing tanks.

Image
A simple 85%-finished scene showing civilian jet aircraft crashed in a rural area. No fighting here but I did have plans to draw some vehicular tank wreckage.

This was all drawn in a tiny 1/4th of writing pad and I did my best to scan it without losing all the shades of monochrome I gave it so no complaining about quality. I draw small, yes. :P

Could you lend me one of your hands? I'd pay gold to be able to draw like that :P

Those are some awesome drawings, i just love the detail. You should really try to do some concept art.

Nice drawning, there's no need for colouring in my opinion. You would be perfect for some battle-themed concept arts.

Actually.. I would expect the wings to break, or that the engines would break off or something like that..
