NEW:
- Colt Pistol, AK47, FlameThrower.
- Spitter: Spits out a stream of acid.
- BroodMother: can call other zeds to attack you.

IMPROVED:
- HUD improvements
- Assassin now has the ability to dodge through anything to get behind you.

STATS:
- Added Accuracy.
- Will add skill levels for weapons which increase critical hits, reload times and switch times.

MAP:
- The city is expanding! In a few days some new parts will be available for exploration, such as the docks and back alleys.
- Missions are Work In Progress. The first one to come out is a Scavenger mission; search for supplies and take 'em back to the Outpost.

SERVER:
- The server is still up from time to time!
- If it's your first time joining, the website should open. It's still under construction but will hold a lot of info regarding stats, inventory, shops, enemies and weapons.

Glad to see you're still on this! I like these improvements, especially trace-fire projectiles. Certainly important for a mod like this one.
I assume the queen-shaped monster is the BroodMother, and those red waves she shoots is her calling other zeds?
And what the heck was that titan thing near the end throwing gibs/blood? :shock:

It's called a Gargantuan, for lack of a better name. A big meatball that throws itself piece by piece. Stomping the floor makes it spray all over the place. Think I'll redo it so it decreases in size after every stomp.

So, some changes are coming up again. The map's been revamped a bit with a carpark instead of a basketball field.

Well there currently are some issues. I'm upgrading the mod to 227 and the camera seems to not work properly. Once I've found a way around it I'll let y'all know.

Hello everybody,
I've been mapping alone for a year for this project with Bleeder which scripted all the cool things for this mod (with the help of other scripters), giving each other suggestions and ideas on how to make the mod better and giving birth to this has been a really great experience.

A few months ago, Bleeder let a new mapper join the team. Immediately, he started searching for texture packs from other mods and games. I've told him that if he wants to map with me, we wouldn't be using custom textures for the reason that I want the map to keep the original Unreal atmosphere and the clever use of Unreal's textures which makes it more interesting, or else I told him he should build his own maps for the mod.

He ignored my request and he modified the map using custom textures, F**King things up without fixing them, acted like a thirteen year old and called me an hypocrite. Things went like that for too long.

Tired of all this, I've decided to take my map and use it for my other project, but now they claim that all the countless hours that I spent building the map is under the possession of Rising inc. There's no way for me to prevent them using my work so I thought the best way to get justice is by letting people know.

who's who ? who was this mapper ...
LOL at rising inc ,

the problem here is that the mapper was asked to do a job, and he did something different. submitted his work and was rejected. after all the time spent on the project it was decided to salvage the effort to create a new map.

better IRL example
I am a hvac tradesman , if i am hired to do a job and i do my job but deviate from the plans in a way that violates the agreement or codes , They kick me off of the job, hire someone else and try to salvage whatever i did into something usable , that is if they dont force me to rip it all down at my own cost. and eat all the material costs i put into it. then they can try and sue me as well.... bla
