Hoping to get UT3 soon. The site is good, like the intro screen. Single player trailer looks nice.
Hoping to get it for Christmas. I've worked out what im gonna do when I get it. LOL.

Be sure to get already the first patch. And no, the Campaign isn't nice at all.
Its MP is the best bomb I ever experienced though.

I thought HD's with larger capacities had shorter lifespans? My 250GB SATA has an expected lifespan half of my old 80GB one.

Anyone have any plans for doing some singleplayer stuff for UT3?
I'd really like to be able to do some singleplayer/CoOp/MonsterHunt mapping for it, but it seems like anything of significant quality is going to take huge amounts of time and skill to accomplish with UT3.

Fear not pronunciation is different, Wael is pronounced wa-el. And ut3 BLOWS, it won't work, it crashes as soon as i start a match and that's on a my borther's laptop which can run gears at medium settings without lag, which BTW rocks, gears that is.

Thanks, though I've been "here", meaning on UnrealSP forums, for going on probably two years now. My old username was WailofSuicide, though I shortened that up to Wail since I had to make a new account for these forums.

On your face.
I wish a happy time for you with that crappy X360 port of a boring game
HEATHEN!!!!!!!!
Anyway i managed to play a short DM match before it crashed again, and i really like the way it feels, the players feel heavier, and the weapons feel really strong, though I'm not too fond of the way they look. The level design was i disappointing from what i saw in the editor most of the maps don't have very good architecture just obnoxious amounts of detail and generic lighting and the excessive amount of detail make the maps feel fake so atmosphere is down the toilet. But at least the gameplay is better than 2k4.

Gameplay counts, build isn't important anymore. And build can actually kill the gameplay with its lighting.
Take Deimos for example. I wonder how it's possible arriving at that level of unplayability. But looks pretty.
Fortunately the rest is playable and fun as hell.
Then, matter of opinions, but I like the bloom. Weird though that you can play Gears and not UT3, as the first one doesn't work for a lot of people.

Weird indeed, but hopefully another patch will fix it, in the meantime I'll just have fun killing some locust. Anyway I'll probably have a new PC by the end of the school year, one that's good enough to run next gen games.
