Right now every now and then a page won't load. Or get a 404 when posting (had this twice).

I guess Waff's right, you should keep reporting it, as long as you don't expect me to be able to wave a magic wand and solve the problem.

It is info worth having and I do appreciate you guys making the effort.

Odd error, isn't it? It's very specific. If the server was over-burdened, you would expect it to just not be accessible rather than return a 404.

IF you would have access to the server's log files, you might know what causes it....

So where is your want?! :P

Had a non-standard error accessing unrealsp.org earlier today stating menu.htm cannot be found. Wasn't the typical 404 or timeout error so tried checking FTP, which was down also.

This isn't your problem, though; no one is blaming you. It's your webhost's servers having issues.

Have you emailed them or looked on their main page to see if it's a known issue?

Works OK for me. Have you set high security/privacy settings on your browser?

(also, which link are you clicking?)

...and does anyone else have this problem?

Why does the top (by logout) seem to say "this board is current disabled" in red (and it's apparently still working)?

Because I put it offline to add a few software MODs, so people don't get random errors while I'm in the middle of it and start complaining. :)
Staff members should still be able to access it during that time. The message that pops up for standard users directs them to the chat for questions etc., though

Oh, I thought me still being able to post might have been a moderator only thing or something, so I guess that's confirmed now.

I can't seem to log on from anywhere. I'm currently on with a computer that was logged on from ages ago, but whenever I enter my username and password (I know they're right as I even checked my password to make sure) on a computer not logged in I just get sent to a captcha screen and have to re-enter the details, but it just won't work.

It happened to me too. I changed my password ("Forgot your Password?" process) and went fine.
Someone had its email address changed for some unknown reasons.

Thanks; that fixed it. It's weird though because I already "checked" the password by changing it. It's like the password recognition can mess up or something.

Happened to me also here, and on my own board, and many other users complained aboutr exactly the same thing. For the last couple of weeks I've had many unsuccessful login attempts from Chinese and US IPs, unfortunately not static IPs.
Just make sure you have a strong password (can be forced for new registrations) and there shouldn't be any risk your account gets hacked. (at least there is no known vulnerability in phpbb3 as yet).
