Register yourself on Photobucket.
Upload the pic you would like to share here, and then copy it's IMG code, and paste it into your post. But you can link any pic, by copying its URL and thenn attaching it to your post within an IMG code. (Full Editor)

No, please don't do that... Photobucket is an awful, ancient site that doesn't even display its images for a lot of people, and which makes it really hard to link to them directly instead of being referred to their awful interface.
If you have to upload images, use imgur or Dropbox.

I use Photobucket for all my uploads and it works perfectly fine for me, it might be glitchy if you use an ancient browser.

Ever since around Firefox 5 or so photobucket hasn't worked properly, and it certainly doesn't work with Firefox 28 (Aurora update channel). Maybe my browser is just old. I think the Nightly release channel of Firefox might be on 29 so I should really upgrade.-Visc- wrote:it might be glitchy if you use an ancient browser.
Even if it worked great, frequently photobucket users post a thumbnail link to a full page crammed with ads and a mountain of scripts needed just to display properly. Back when image hosting was a novel and expensive thing it was alright, but in this day and age it is unacceptable. Also, why should I become part of a website forever and ever just to host one image I might not even care about the next day?

Maybe it really is your browser, I use Opera and I don't get spammed with ads (there are some minor ads on the upload site but thats it). And Photobucket gives you a TON of upload space.
Another somewhat useful thing is you can edit your pics on PB, resize them, rotate them, change color hue / intensity. Came in handy whenever I forgot to edit some pics I already uploaded.
I really can't say anything bad about it.

imgur and minus
PB's user tools might be the cat's knees but its sharing ability is bottom rung. Personally I'd do without the nonsense. It doesn't matter what the uploader's experience is if the viewer's is bad.

To answer your question Dragon, this site does not have an upload option.
You need to put your pictures on another site and link to them.
Personally I recommend you use a free blog site.
Most of these allow you to upload pictures without "publishing" them. You can just copy the link to post elsewhere.
You could probably just use your existing Red Dragon site to store pictures on.
