And problematic. Without those 4 crystals in Legacy the thing is damned near impossible to kill.
I've tried 7 different weaponspacks on the thing with nearly no luck!

I didn't discover Unreal/UT forums until 2011. My oldest screenshots are on some now very defunct Yahoo groups...

I finally decided to try my hand at making some pawns using Excessive Unreal 2's codebase, classes and features. I've got to say, it's been great being able to throw stuff like this together and not worry (too much) about UnrealScript's quirks:
The explosion (and ensuing gas cloud) are harmful, and kill players/pawns nearby quickly. I've got a few ideas left for other pawns too...

There's a monster taken out of Serious Sam to UT (used to have it but now I can't find it) with a similar ability:
It's called a marsh hopper. Basically chases you down and explodes with toxic gas on contact.
Yours looks more fun! Does it only chase and explode, or does it do meleee too?
