Interesting visual style, very strong shapes, abstract almost. I quite like it :o

It's .... greyish ... but don't take that as negative criticism: the screens just don't offer enough to criticise on (although : I like the gothic arches :) ) (and the inside of the cathedral)

I feel like this looks like some updated version of unreal alpha shots, really liking the style there :D

The gray theme is indeed too much, perhaps I should use change the texture in photoshop and change the saturation and make the lights less bright(er). With this project I hope this is something like never seen before -- the modern gray abstract theme combined with old gothic styled archtecture. I am glad you like the screenshots. More to come.

I think that greyish outside screenshots are monotonous. However, if it is done for purpose, to create dull mood, it does that pretty well.

As for me, outside walls scream for more detail. They look a bit unfinished at the moment, I suppose we're looking at early construction shots now.
I wish to see some trimmings for doors, windows, edges at the top and bottom of the walls. Nothing that changes the shape is really needed, just some trims, in my humble opinion...

That was my first impression when I saw the shots. But in the cathedral the coloured lighting give just the right contrast. As you said, if it's done with a purpose, it's probably just fine. It's still a bit too early to know where this is going to so I'll just accept that terraniux has a Plan, currently baffling but soon astounding \o/ .

Especially in the second shot the plain flat walls look quite dull. However I really like the abstract theme, especially in the cathedral.

Shots look perfect + minimalist. I approve entirely. Lighting in all the shots is ace

Yes, I could use some help.
I want a angel with big wings in my map! And I am no good at making custom meshes.

You could do yourself a lot of favors with hi res shadows. I detail how to do this in one of my tutorials for the site (ironically, I think it's the IceTexture tutorial and not the Lighting one).
