I've finished statusdoll/statusbelt textures for Damien, and I improved his teamskins. I'm probably going to give custom statusdoll textures for all of the Skaarj Hybrids, too.

I only have 8 more animations to finish, but I'm not going to work on them for a few weeks. I have a bunch of college crap to do. :/

I finally have time to work on this. I made all of the talk textures for the SkaarjBoss, and I finished an animation. If I'm lucky, I'll be able to finish all of the Skaarj by the end of the month.

Edit: I don't think I'll make status dolls for the Skaarj Hybrids. It's too much work, and I can't make them look decent. On the bright side, I only have 5 more animations to go!

YAY I managed to replicate the UT PS2 Ladder on the PC version, with Osiris and that CTF map being replaced with something else (obviously because they're not on PC). Now the Challenge ladder doesn't suck ass anymore and I can play with Skaarj and Corrupts too!

Also added the almost-same character select restrictions for the players just for lol :p

I have problems making the skeletal players work in the ladder, because the game searches for Botpack."PS2CHARACTER" which doesn't exist, so it reverts back to a default char. Any clue?

Although in older tournament saves, the characters are perfectly replaced by their skeletal counterparts. Skeletal chars do also appear normally in the tournament character selection screen, so basically something happens when loaded in-game.

Possibly something related to the game type. Bots are fine on the other hand.

EDIT: Further testing in the ladders shows lots of problems, such as wrong selection of voice packs for bots and team color bug. Looks like we can only stick to Instant Action :(

So far, I'm having the same problems as you. Playing the PS2 ladder on the PC would've been great. :(

I can't even get the regular Skaarj Hybrids to show up as a playable faction. :/
