ONP difficulty

Hi ive been trying to host an ONP (On LAN if that matters) but everytime i host it the game difficulty defaults to medium. Does anybody know how to fix this? ONP's really boring with 2 ppl on medium 
You can override it manually with the switchcooplevel command or open command. Do something like "switchcooplevel NP-##-Whatever?difficulty=3" and this will set the game to Unreal. 2 is Hard, 1 is Medium, and 0 is Easy.
Normally, though, if you're playing through Oldskool, you can set the difficulty level when hosting from the menu.
