Looks very doomlike/unrealalphalike.

(Btw why are there suddenly a million different alpha threads? Can't you just have one master thread with all the stuff?)

I have to be the one who warn you, before somebody else does it in some rude way. Open a thread, and post the updates there as a post or sth. These threads mean a lot of work for the mods etc...
Anyway, it's good to have more people who actually make something.

Will this work with unreal 226/227 or oldskool? If not, it's going right to the bottom of my maps and mods inbox and probably wont get a playthrough in my lifetime. It's brutal honesty and I apologise, but I suspect many others here would have a similar opinion.

I agree wholeheartedly with IronKnuckle here. I would rather see these works be made over Unreal 227 or UT Oldskool as I am not willing to downgrade my Unreal client to what is basically an alpha/unfinished build nor would I have another separate Unreal install.

Second, I am questioning the inherent seriousness of these projects because their formatting will not even let them appear on the main site's projects listing. (not talking about the project quality!) You seriously can't say these maps were made to demonstrate the features (or the lack thereof) of the Unreal alpha build...

Lastly, there is really no need to have a huge amount of threads to advertise these maps which are all of the same intent and make. If you were hoping for reaching a greater audience by having more billboards in downtown, the same logic doesn't apply here in USP. Besides, what's having five threads viewed 20 times each to a single thread viewed a hundred?

You don't need to downgrade.
I agree with the number of the threads, but don't think so you should do the explanation this way...
