I just played through this in co-op. I thought it was pretty good, but I'm kind of confused about the story. I'm not sure what Bernard found that was so life changing.
Also, is there a way to get the health that's behind the force field?

I probably overexaggerated a bit there! :oops: Things will get more dramatic in Chapter 3 most likely.

And those items in map 2 are just a tease, sorry.

Should this be moved off the Upcoming Maps page now?

I played it. Reminded me, that I also have to finish my map sometime. I really liked the end boss, an interesting Unreal experience. But IMHO more ammo would have been better. I tried to save the rifle ammo for distance combat and then I was a little bit surprised, that the pack was over. I would have liked to see some Eightball ammo, since the FlakCannon was the only weapon, which could be used against the Titans. And next time you can give the monsters some waypoints (or let them respawn).

First thing I see upon playing it. A texture issue XD

I'm using OpenGL, is anyone else getting this issue? I assume it's not map specific. I see the masking bug in various other situations too. Am I missing a common fix?

Edit:

Finished pack. Nice, much much better than chapter one :P The boss at the end was fun in an arcade kind of way, but the skin on that ending warlord guy was crazy. Ice titans were also a cool idea. Bad pun I know.

1: open advanced options
2: driver settings
3: select OpenGl
4: find: MaskedTextureHack (default says False)
5: set to: MaskedTextureHack True
6: ??????
7: Profit

I personally think it is better than his original skin, don't know if I still have a picture of that...

No, that skin is gone forever. Phew.

hm.. might have to do with high-res textures?.. and having the wrong texture set for the skybox mountains? (I remember screwing that up)

Sorry for the bump, but I just finished this and Chapter 1 yesterday, and I really enjoyed it. The color scheme of the snow map with the yellow sky looked really unique and I thought the gameplay was solid throughout. I'm looking forward to Chapter 3 if and when it comes! \o/

Thanks! I'm always finding new stuff with this editor, so hopefully in my next release I will have enemies patrolling and spawning everywhere too.
If I make Chapter 3 I'm not sure where to set it. Earth is a tricky place to build :o but I guess it should be there.

Maybe time for a poll asking what my next project should be? 8)
