I dont know, if anybody care for the following.. but whatever here it is:

Don`t expect any futher details or explanations. This is some kind of "either you understand or you don`t". (Hint: it is recommend to understand the system of Deintersecting.)

Further Hints: The Base subtract is simply a "BSP Based Terrain" Brush from the UED 2.0 Tools.
Between step 2 and step 3 I converted the complete brush into dxf (3D Object Converter - Autocad DXF - 3D Polygons), not only to triangle all surfaces but rather to stabilize the brush for vertex editing.

I believe that I only have the first tutorial though... can I get a link to the second?

Well, the second one doesnt really exist, it was some kind of beta version of the first or the third one.. I dont remember.
