I'm trying to add a doormover that's tilted 45 degrees towards the ground, like a hatch to a cellar or such. This turned out to be way harder than I expected. Anyone knowing a good tutorial for such quest?

Do you want it to rotate up or down 45 degrees, or do you want the entire mover to be at a 45-degree angle, like a square brush that's at a 45-degree angle?
If the latter, just set up the mover at a 90-degree angle, then rotate the whole thing 45 degrees. Done. If the former, just rotate on one of the edge vertices 45 degrees or until the desired opening amount is achieved, then keyframe it.

This is how I want it to be, sort of. I tried to use an existing door and just turn it, but that didn't work at all. The keys freaked out totaly. When then adjusting key1, key0 fliped out, and vice versa. When I finaly got the keys right, the door wobled like crazy when opening, and whent trough the ground when closing...

Yeah, do the doors on a flat plane, then angle them up by one of their lower verts once the movement is set up, and try that?

The keys still flips out after positioning the door to the angled frame...

Collision problems, key zero should be the one you need to walk past them, then other positions other than 180 degrees from key zero will cause collision problems.
Just ban everyone

This has nothing to do with collision and everything to do with gimball rotation.
