HourNature Texture Pack

As this is one of the last places where a lot of UT1 level designers hang out, lets pimp it here:)

I made a new texture pack with 59 tiling terrain textures like rock, grass, and snow. A UT1 UTX is available, with detail textures set, and 512x512 resolution for all textures.

Feel free to convert it to Unreal 1 if you need so, you would prolly need to convert it to 256x256 for Unreal 1 though.

I will only formely release the pack in two weeks or so, first want to get other stuff done too.

Same rules apply as for my other packs, free for use if it is non commercial. Please credit me and link to my site if you use them. Enjoy!

Awesome textures as usual

Finally I found proper textures for a cave map that's been sitting on my HD for way too long :D

Very interesting, that you introduce your pack youself HERE. Thats really unusual. As I saw this thread I didn`t look on the user who opened it.
Whatever, I have found there some really nice textures.

hnprock11 and hnptrees belong together for areas, which can not be reached by the player (especially surfaces with hnptrees as texture), is that right?

hnpgrasswater1.. what the hell is that? :?

All in one, a good job you have done. :D

I used to visit this community more or less frequently back in 2001 you know, and hey, it is a small community, Unreal/Unreal Tournament 1 mapping. Fewer and fewer are left.

Those two textures are meant to put on distant things yes.

Grasswater is fine seaweed, more kind of alg like actually. Grew on a rock on a beach.

It is just a fairly quick pack, nothing too special, but enjoy :)
