Can never remember how to do this. How do you make the clouds in the skies of your UT maps move more slowly? I went to the menu at the top of the editor and tried View > Level Properties > ZoneLight > TexUPanSpeed and TexVPanSpeed and adjusted the figures, then rebuilt. No good.

Help, please? Thanks!

You did that for the LevelZone, which affects the texture pan speed for all zones that don't have their own ZoneInfo of some kind, but the skybox has a SkyZoneInfo. Adjust the values there and it will work.
