that link is to the community map pack. The Kamah plants and trees were directly integrated to the map itself (via mylevel) so how does that exactly work? :P

People would technically be loading the map Kamah while loading whatever map they used any of the plants/trees in :/

Nah, someone just needs to export the .uc and mesh files and compile them in a separate package.

Edit: .uc not .u files, durr

Kamah is not the only map in the pack which uses stuff from my plants pack, some more plants are also used in the other maps. Feel free to use them, but please don`t forget that with the credits^^

Actually, Shivaxi's point occurred to me after I switched the PC off last night. Only providing a link to the map pack really isn't helpful, as I can hardly see many of the contestants extracting meshes from the maps (or even knowing how to do that).

If you intend to use the meshes, they need to be available in a separate .u file made available for download here.

Then take it better of the list, dont think it is worth the trouble.

Well, you're the person who wanted to use them. If you still do, is it any more difficult to compile them as a separate package than to include them in MyLevel?

You understand why I'm being this awkward, right...? It's to make the contest as fair as possible. Custom assets that can't just be copied from other maps should be made available to everyone.

couldn't agree more... Not only that, if you have a bunch of people making MyLevel's for your Kamah content, that is a huge waste of space. And even if they do take the time to make a .u separately... someone ELSE might make a separate .u just like them creating possible version conflicts and multiple versions. It would be wise for the author himself to release an "official" .u file with this content instead of going through the future worries about this content. In the end, it will benefit everyone...

I can try when I find some free time - probably this weekend.

*cough* Is it that time-consuming to load Kamah and then load your own map to place there the plant and tree meshes which still exist in MyLevel?
I think that should work without any error...

I'd say it's time consuming to download whole pack.
