For some reason, my UT slows down noticeably in full screen. It's still playable, but everything just seems to be slower. Even the mouse in the menu is slower than it should be. Everything is fine when I switch to windowed mode, and I can play Unreal in full screen, so why is this only happening in UT?

That happens to me too :(

In multiplayer the players look me slower sometimes.

I'm faster when my camera see a bunch of things.

So many possibilities. Maybe post your system specs.

Compared to Unreal, UT will tax a system more (much more going on in UT).

Having said that, any moderately current system should tear it up; slowdowns with a 15 year old game?!? Your system probably just needs some cleaning up and maintenance (driver updates, defrag - if you have a mechanical HDD - etc...).

Using any of the improved textures from UTRP might also be a factor and fwiw, NW3 can put more of a strain on things.

Could be the difference in the windowed and fullscreen settings.
Without knowing what renderer and GFX chip you are using, it is hard to guess.

If you are using the original DX5 renderer, that maybe your problem.
If you are using OpenGL with intel or ATI, then maybe that is your problem.
