Set input shield?

Isn't there some command that summons a shield like the kind that Skaarj troopers use? I don't know if it was a mod or not, but it could block shots and worked by setting a key to the command "shield". Does anyone else remember this?

would definitely be a mod...the skaarj trooper shield is part of their mesh...

Also...u4e had something like this...their own version of the razor jack...secondary fire which used the skaarj trooper shield.

I remember it being on a lot of co-op servers. I think the shield was actually a small version of the queen's shield, and it would follow the player around for a few seconds if they moved.

interesting..."shield" isnt a normal command wondering if this is some kinda mod or gametype specific maybe.

The shield command you speak of is built into the U1 JCoop gametype(s). Most servers have the usage of the command disabled nowadays.
