We have staff reviewers looking to review more maps. Other volunteers to do guest reviews are welcome.

I think Redeem your Space is finished, or almost finished. ATM it is all written in Czech, and there is no english translation for it (LEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!111!!1). But you and your staff can begin to rate everthing else, such as architecture, lightning, conceptual grandess, and such... as it is a quite long pack (more or less fifty maps with a mapsize average of 4.5 MB).

Never played RyS.... altho I remembered eh.. stargate or whatever it was called, which was also in czech (I guess...). All jibberish to me unfortunately, so I didn't always know where to go...

Yeh, there's another Stargate map pack (which can be reviewed too) (it seems to be a quite big Stargate fandom in the Czech Republic).

One Day could definitely use a rereview.

Rys isn't a map pack. its a high quality Upak thingy. includes those upak stuff. and the map pack your talking about is Redeem your space.

"RyS" stands for Redeem your Space, which is the name of the mappack. What you are talking about is "RySPak", that is a compressed and improved UPak made by Leo.

Is RyS a "finished" map pack? Bbecause, if it's still growing and developing, I'm not sure I'd endorse having a review here. Also we would really need input from a Czech player to give us some thoughts on the story.

I think Leo just needs to give some touches to RySPak and translate the pack to finish it.

I'll ask him to be sure, though.

I'd prefer to play something that is already on the site but needs a score change.

But I'm not opposed to playing maps or packs that haven't gotten a mention here yet, since I know there may be a lot. However, I don't want to play anything that isn't translated in English.

If someone would be willing to make a list of some of the better maps or packs not featured at Unreal SP (and are translated into English so I can review the story aspect of them) I would be happy to try them out. Just let it be known, I prefer to play maps through UT's Oldskool where permanent decals and permanent corpses/gibs are used, so anything compatible would be nice.

EDIT: I ask for a list of the 'better' ones because I'd prefer not to waste time on some simple map thing, which I'm sure there are lots. You guys know the types we tend to prefer here. Do any unmentioned packs meet USP's criteria?

heart of chizira had some interesting qualities, but it was short (really short) and it never really got off. Still, the interesting aspects could be nice for a short review. I think it would only score 40% max though.
