Steele Dawn 2.0 release

In the first update for actual releases on this new version of UnrealSP, the recently reviewed Steele Dawn has now been updated to version 2.0 with a multitude of fixes and more compatibility across Unreal/UT versions.

The review should be updated to reflect these improvements sometime soon.
