Unreal Books? Anyone have em?

Good day to one and all.

I have just purchased Hard Crash - 1 of the 2 Unreal books released around the time of Unreal/Unreal Gold. I'll have to wait around a month to actually receive the book. I also wanted to get the other book - Prophet's Power, but I was unable to find the book in stock anywhere.

I was therefore wondering if anyone here does have the book? Or either of the books for that matter? I'll be happy to use OCR or simply scan Hard Crash when I get it, but as far as I've heard, the story is somewhat jumbled up and Hard Crash appears to follow on from Prophet's Power, despite being labelled as the first installment.

So, if anyone does have Prophet's Power, and is willing to scan it, please let me know and I will put the effort in and make it a viable story by combining it with Hard Crash and ensuring the chapters follow on properly.

At this point, I don't know how good the books actually are, or if they actually contribute meaningfully to the actual Unreal lore, but I obviously realize that in a few years, it might be literally impossible to find any of these books - So its good to try preserve them now for future generations.

Really cool man. I'm glad to be getting one of the two books, and managed to get a pdf of the other. I'm assuming it would be impossible for you to know for sure, but can you vouch for the "illustrated Prophet's Power" that was posted?

Seems very difficult to get Prophet's Power. But its gotta be hanging around somewhere, being sold on some obscure site.

It would be nice if there was some kind of boxset. You could definitely read Hard Crash alone, without ever reading Prophet's Power, but it gives you a more full perspective if you read Prophet's Power first.

Any site I see that sells stuff like that, the book is super overpriced and drives me away... Just hope some day I can get it without tearing my limbs off and selling my kidneys for it.

True. Its crazy how expensive they can be. I bought Hard Crash for $40 but there's a copy for like $250. Both used copies in good condition. I guess its all about keeping your eyes open
