DM-Greeder (UNREAL TOURNAMENT)

DM-Greeder started out as a dream one of our clanmates (ISV-Chocky) had. He kept retelling his dream for years. I remember the last time he came up with his old dream of a map that is floating in outer space. It was during a clan call a few years ago. (2 I guess?!) That was when I had enough and decided to make his dream come true right away. He hastily made some sketches, and told us again about the whole setup of that map.
We decided to livestream the procedure. The livestream is still available on our Clan's YouTube channel:



It's a really simple arena set on a simple platform floating in outer space with a glass dome on it's top.

City.utx, Skaarj forcefields and rotating space skybox sure make for very weird melange of themes. It could look quite coherent with UTTech1.utx textures.

At one time in Unreal's development, there was a Skaarj skin with a belt on it's chest. The Skaarj's skin tone was of a lighter green. I tried to recreate it with this one.

MMU Gut Camo

Custom Invisibility pickup. The name says it all. The pickup itself paints your vision red when activated simulating a "Gut Camo" similiar to the one seen in zombie movies.

MMU Driveable Galleon + Testmap



The mod gives the player a driveable version of UT 99's DM-Galleon ship. The ships exterior and interior can both be explored why "sailing". NOTA BENE: This is a fun project!
You have to press "crouch" when aboard to enter the "sailing mode". "toss weapon" let's you exit the "wheel".

Just a short testmap I made to test the pickup I was working on. Run the map from the console using the open command as it comes with it's own GameType that cannot be selected from the GameType List.
