Looking for a good UT99 server for average players

..As mentioned in the subject, I'm looking for a good UT99 server to play on (with my friends, bots, or with you as well )

What do I mean by "good":
- stable
- not totally n00b, neither masterful difficulty - my skill is quite average, as are the skills of my friends, and it's really hard to find a place, where the game is comfortable enough - not too boring, but not respawning every 2 seconds
- standard, or minimum mods/mutators/maps included
- TDM/DM/CTF/CDOM gametypes (any, if available)

I thought may be you can help me here, guys? ('Cause there's always some shit happening on Russian servers )

Unlikely to find one unless you host it yourself these days, to be honest. UT99.org might have some more insight since that's where more of the UT scene is for multiplayer. But, I mean, it's 17 years old now. There are kids shouting "faggot" on the internet younger than that.

I wish I could host one myself. It would be the perfect solution, if only I had static IP. Which I don't have.
