UnCodeX for 227j

UnCodeX is a program which analyzes UnrealScript code and generates a navigatable HTML website of it, to serve as a wiki / glossary / resource for coding.

227j didn't have one, so I went and compiled one:

A couple classes from Fire and Engine will have their source code missing since they did not compile right. The program also generally threw a bunch of errors. But overall this should be a helpful resource.
