Galaxy is a framework like any other, I wouldn't really blame it that much - it's just the scale here that reaches 'natural' 0db. I'd rather point my finger at sound dudes and designers who fucked up - mainly with sound implementation in scripts because they most probably didn't give much shit about gameplay soundmix. Launch any of my YT links above - it's also regular Galaxy with identically set volume sliders.
I love your points, guys! They are indeed the essence and surely require some maturity and experience from modders
