Can you tell me how to import models and animations(why are there only morphing animations instead of normal skeletal meshes IK bones?) within textures in Unreal Editor 1?

I don't know why they choose that method. It is not possible to import skeletal animated meshes into Unreal Editor 1.
227 supports skeletal meshes but they can't be used for earlier versions.
You can convert your skeletal mesh into a vertex mesh with blender and import it over UCC in earlier versions of Unreal.

So is this how they described that every animation of vertex mesh was more like making 2d animation when drawing every character one or more frame per frame? https://www.oldunreal.com/cgi-bin/yabb2 ... 1381168921
Did I export each animation frame correctly? Is this how it should be looking like?Something like this?

Okay not really like that. I can’t follow you.
Let’s do it step by step.
- What 3d program do you use?
- Are the models from the game already exported as .a_3d and .d_3d?
- If not. Are you able to load the .u in 227s Editor and export the mesh to the above named formats?

1.I'm using Blender.
2.Yeah I extracted models by using umodel.
3.Do you mean via UCC.exe?

Then you can use the Blender vertex mesh import / export tool which Skywolf wrote.

Even if your mesh is a skeletal animated mesh in Blender you can export your mesh with this plugin in the Unreal Engine readable format.
