Synopsis: You escaped the planet only to find yourself captured by the UMS again. This time they're not only after you, but something much bigger. Operation Talon Hunter was just the beginning...
Features:
- 25+ levels featuring unique environments, including deserts, glaciers, underground cities and floating palaces.
- A complex story following up the events of Return To Napali.
- Fight the ruthless Skaarj and the Marine Commando troops, as well as completely new enemies.
- Several new and returning weapons at your disposal, Including dual weilding automags, tripbombs and a flamethrower.

D'oh.. and here you had me hoping it was the release thread :(

Nice screens though, especially that middle eastern palace!

The Flamethrower is ****ing awesome. I want to live in that castle, and the Gala-like place is nice too (what's found in the bottom? Nitrogen?).

haha, yeah i kinda expected people to think that on first thought :o
was a little late with updating, but i put up an estimated release date up on top (its still an "estimate" though :P )

Glad you like the flamethrower, you might have noticed it has been slightly updated from the previous one, but it still works the same as i originally planned :twisted:

The palace will have luxury accomodations to serve anyone's needs ;)
including large bedrooms, a large dining room (picture) and lots of garden area's to stroll about :)
oh, and did we mention there's even an obelisk (I kinda followed hellscrag's suggestion a few years back that every skyisland NEEDS an obelisk :P )

the bottom of the "peak" is lots of fog and a glacier :D its quite an usefull alternate route to the main fortress (which happens to be protected by a perimiter barrier), its pretty much more like bluff then gala in that sense.
oh and falling off the slippery glacier leads you to die in the mysterious fog-o-dewm ;)

Great, btw are the shots going how the levels go on in game? Like the ship is maybe the last level now and that jungle one at the beginning of pack?

naw it wasn't taken in chronological order, just random i guess.

cant agree more , this is outstanding stuff , i really like the big white castle and the snowy map shot , thats "grand" design :)

Well glad you're liking it, i was pretty unsure about introducing both concepts. Tbh i figured people did not care for skycastles and mountains that much nowadays :o

F'ing incredible work Turbo. Those shots are nothing short of magnificent for the most part. Hopefully all will stay on track for early '08 :tup:

The palace kinda reminds me of Prince of Persia. :P But that I don't really care - I LOVE that palace of yers, Turbo.
