Hopefully that will be fixed soon (edit: fixed now!). Also not sure if the Right 2 Live Zombies turning into Legless Krall was always there?
(awesome, thanks for fixing the download!) I can confirm that the zombies in
Right 2 Live always did have the ability to randomly turn into zombified legless Krall when incurring enough damage

(and always had that added custom leaping ability in that crippled state!)
I think
Right 2 Live (good play on
Left 4 Dead btw

) has a vibe that mainly reminded me of
Quake actually, with the sky especially being reminiscent of the latter (or some of its mods with source ports for fog), and even the use of text messages broadcasted on screen (no universal translator here) reminded me of that one... if there's anything that is too "modern" here for the original
Quake, it's all the non-hostile NPCs roaming just outside of the playable area: bunch of mofos

could that have been a metaphor, or satire on the extraordinary capacity for human beings to ignore problems so long as it doesn't affect them in any immediately appreciable way? maybe sana (or rather their next digital incarnation!) will drop by to comment on this one

it is the best of the 6-hour "ultra-speedmaps" IMO. I also remember UB's comment that since it's never ending, when you get bored just use the "suicide" command

I would never be able to survive the horde for more than a few minutes...
Rise of USP is, indeed, a more traditional adventure (not being an ultra-speedmap helps), and I think it's quite good: the visuals are still below
Unreal standards but the semi-linear design with alternative routes along the way does a lot to elevate the experience (and yeah, the
UT-style city skybox generally provides decent support for the visuals). It's also actually challenging on a first playthrough, which is a good way to retain our attention throughout - alongside the comedic story

And more than one project might fit the bill! **
shudders** was this joke specifically about
Battle for Na Pali? Or
Firestorm?
Residual Decay?
I wonder if Legendslayer222 has been in touch at all in the last few years?
As for
Untitled: I basically agree with what Semfry said (including on the appropriateness of the title), I really liked the experience the first time round (it really is a mostly one-shot experience - or make that two shots to really ensure you read everything properly), and as one wordsmith said (i.e., Mister_Prophet, for those who haven't checked out the map's review) this makes for ideal water cooler discussion material! Really good writing in this one and good use of sounds too: I hope TheIronKnuckle can comment on it, perhaps clarifying some aspects of the narrative or the inspiration for it

(aside from the David Lynch reference) That a good narrative experience can come out of such a short level speaks volumes about the author's creativity and the power that comes from harnessing the player's imagination. And as pointed out by Proph, this is the sort of thing that can be further developed with the help of ebd's
