[ut] [usp] EXU2 Open Beta live, new forum section

Waffnuffly's ambitious project Excessive Unreal 2: Batshit Insane has reached another progress milestone; it is now in "Open Beta" state, promising more frequent updates in contrast to the previous system of rare demo releases. Players are invited to download the newest builds at will if they wish to playtest new content, or stick to regular major, more stable updates.
To celebrate this, EXU2 has now also received its own forum section under the "Hosted Public Forums" category on the UnrealSP.org forums. All things EXU2, including fan-made content made by other mappers (such as UBerserker's G59 project), can now be found there.
