The term that comes to mind with this level is "half-baked". The concept of going through an area, then flooding it and exploring it from a completely different perspective is really cool (especially given that the RTNP Scuba Gear means extended swimming isn't too irritating), but it feels like very little is done with it; after the flood you just swim straight out with nothing to really make you take notice of what you've done; even something simple like a switch you couldn't reach before would have helped. It's one of the least memorable levels in RTNP for me despite the interesting concept.

MMAN nailed it. This level is boring and basically a means to an end instead of a unique set piece. Glathriel Village up next is way, way better.

The only good thing about this level is the music. I still enjoyed it waaay more than any of the Worch levels except Approaching UMS Prometheus (since it didn't have the problems that horribly plagued Glathriel and the Prometheus itself).

Eldora is probably best summed up as another "in-between" level. I like the idea of having to flood the place in order to progress but other than that there isn't much else to say. Not saying it's bad though I do think the underwater parts could've been spiced up a bit.

Leaving by boat was a nice touch though.

I think making it through all the dark inside watery dark , no air, tunnels etc etc.

It makes the outside by the end boat feel just that much better to get the heck out of there, fresh air and sky, nice carved out secret fishing spot, or camping spot away from that underwater panic..
But the map has it's place as a unique part of the looks of the whole map pack.
Good or bad it seems to be remembered easily.

They could have quite easily made filling the well an actual goal by putting a message on the Nali skeleton at the start about how they can't get water, and maybe adding some thankful Nali at the end. I think that would have made the level a lot more interesting without even changing much. As it is, I agree about the level being half-baked.

On my first playthrough I missed seeing those towers and pyramid in the third screenshot because I didn't think to turn around in that area. :P

I would agree that this map is an interesting concept that is more or less wasted. Filler.

I don't mind this series too much, and I think it was good back in the day, but the maps haven't aged very well.

Still Nivlek's contributions to RTNP can't go understated.

The only map I absolutly love from RTNP is Bounds of Foundry. No more can be said... This map is just blah...

I'm probably one of the few people who actually liked these maps. :P They captured the bleak well/sewer feeling very well, I thought.

I thought this one was alright. Shorter than it should have been, but by no means bad.

This map I thought was alright. The only (few) things that bug me is...

1) The gasbag battles
2) When the flies come out while opening the door.
3) The Brute(s) after the door opens. (I think they're two brutes on Unreal Difficulty.)
4) When your scuba runs out/starting to drown
5) The slith battle at the second-last part of the level
6) If the boat goes without you and you need to chase it to the next level and then start it with only a dispersion pistol.

Other than that, the level was good. The music was a good choice, there was 'nuff equipment, Outside looked nice and natral. Now, I dont exactly LOVE it, but it's still good. I do think it could be better though. The "well" part didn't feel like a well, and I think it should be split into to parts like Rrajigar, Chizra and The ISV Kran. Plus, I think the krall at the beginning was unnessisary.

It's an exit like any other, just swim to the cave.
