Ok, so there was no way to comment about the map, as it's not on Nali City and the old forum is now dead.

Anyway, I downloaded and played it. From someone who never made DM maps (as you mentioned), this one is really nice.
Awesome build, great use of that UT2k4 texture pack and some of its meshes as well. It looks like Rankin with a Turbine feel... and overall it would be enhanced with RUN.umx. Anyway, still nice industrial theme.
I didn't like the Sky's texture though, as it looks very weird. A sky like the one in Beacon (Xidia The Escape's last map) would be perfect in my opinion.

Gameplay is nice and fast, but the map is cramped. A lot. It becomes too much a Flak Spamfest. The Pulse Gun area behind the bridge is too small, everyone here can easily die with some well-aimed Flak Shell. The corridors, being also somewhat cramped as well, promote Ripper spamming as well.
Jump Pads get in the nerves sometimes too. They can be annoying as they are put in positions where fighting is common (strafe and voila, you're on the upper floor - or not - while your enemy may have some chances to kill you with some Pulse Gun awesomeness - and they love to use it).
Bots fight very well, I didn't see them stuck or forgetting a pickup during gameplay.

UT2k4 Health packs! Very Happy

In conclusion, a very good map in my opinion. Great build, but cramped a lot. 16 MB didn't scare me at all honestly Surprised

Triplepost Confused

Well, Swanky wrote a Review for my Map. To summarize I got totally 65 %.
strengths are optics and atmosphere and the not so good points are hmm the gameplay and so on with a couple of bugs.
