i woke up to my unreal crashed out with no error message after hanging out at redrum downloading some map files i wanted , i usally never even play there . Didnt think anything of it intill i went to join a server and discovered my name had been changed to "oz=garbage" on my unreal client , Just a coincidence? wish i would have checked the unreal.log first dammit sure i missed some epic chatlogs...

edit : definitively not coincidence. i just spoke to oz , wtf guys? I always find it childish when people do these type of things , Your suppose to be helping the scene , not making it more hostile for the remaining user base.

add:
learn to secure your server better againt "adminkey" attacks , ie stuff that give badmin. watch the serverconsole for summons followed by "in statelogin player is administrator"
and add bad items to a blocklist. i know alot of items that my players have used to seminly hack my servers.
of course in a case like this , even the best secured server will still sucome to the exploiters.( mine arnt bulletproof either , but i dont care there isnt much to steal/break anyway) backup ini files and replace after you get hacked that about it.

Yeah, oZ told me his server got hacked by those assholes too. I don't mean to start drama but these things piss me off, need to let it out one way or another.

In all seriousness, I did say "Not being a backseat-admin" (keyword being "NOT") so I'm confused as to how I got a warning. I didn't read anywhere in the "House Rules" thread (http://www.unrealsp.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=555) about my "Pseudo-Moderation" being against the forum rules. (But then again, there could be a larger rules list somewhere that I've missed but I'm like w/e about it for now)

Pcube said on his website he is IP banned and publicly apologized to me and uploaded maps that I wanted. I'll just take matters into my own hands and I still want to talk to Pcube about stuff, and I forgive him...
