Walkthrough - "Déjà Vu - Gryphon Revisited v2.01"

Hard Battles / Boss Strategies

This is the section in which all the strategies for boss fights, plus mini-bosses and complex battles are put. They are just the same as the ones found in the walkthrough... in other words for bored people :)
They are ordered in the same way as they appear in the walkthrough. The secret bosses aren't listed here anyway, only in the EE section.

Map 1 - Back Again - Hellscrag

Strong Enemy fight: Giant Manta
Health: 400
Difficulty:

This guy should is easy as hell even with your DP. Don't fall from your ledge, just start to shoot at him. He'll start chasing you, but most of time he gets stuck in the fence near you (in his way) and you have all the time to damage him. If he manages to enter your area, just strafe around him while shooting at him at the same time. You can also take the advantage of the area behind the ship, as the Giant Manta doesn't fit there. Easy fight.

Map 2 - E'Nara Town - Sarevok and Hellscrag

Strong Enemy fight: Skaarj Berserker
Health: 320
Difficulty:

Another fight easy as hell. It's just a normal Skaarj Berserker. Pummel him with Stinger's primary fire while running and go near him to trigger his Melee attack. When's he doing this, go for the Stinger's 2nd fire. Retreat, go another time near it, Stinger him again until he's dead. Or you can just running like a mad from him while shooting at him with crystals/DP.

Map 3 - Cellars of E'Nara - Naveed, Lightning Hunter and Hellscrag

Boss Fight: Cave Slith
Health: 720
Difficulty:
Attacks Damage:
1)Claw Damage (30 health): usual Slith melee attack.
2)Stinger projectile (17 health): a incredibly fast projectile identical to the Stinger's own ammo.
Description:
A large blue Slith creature living in E'Nara cave. It seems that it doesn't have the corrosion properties of common Sliths. He shoots crystal made out of Tarydium.

Not an hard boss fight, if you know how to deal with this uber-fast thing. The arena seems to make his AI mad, as he jumps a lot when found near the pool. Killing him is simple. Before he appears, look for above (if you stay in that position I told you before, he'll appear right over you). When he comes out from nowhere, shoot some ASMD (primary fire) to him until he lands. Now switch to the Stinger and go for the edge of the ledge your on. The Cave Slith will start moving to your position be going directly toward your ledge, and so getting stuck (AI sucks as I said). When you're near him, he Claws you, but you can use Stinger 2nd fire to him. Just do this with this trick: boss melees you, retreat to miss his attack and return near him again, rinse and repeat, always by shooting Stinger's spread fire to him. It may take a while though, and this strategy requires a certain rhythm and a lot of ammo (quite 80 crystals). If you want to fight him without this trick, let him follow you by making him climb the ledge you're on, and then chasing you. He's very damn fast and he can claw you to death if you don't use an escape route. Not to mention his crystals are very fast and he quite never miss you. The escape route is just dodging to the centre of the arena and going for the opposite side. This will make the boss's attacks stop in order to be near you again. While escaping, Stinger Spread fire is still your friend (and also if the Cave Slith is wasting time finding your position). It may be possible that the Stinger's primary fire will make him stuck if being hit near the pool without a break. You may have some difficulties, but you'll prevail at the end.

Boss Fight: Krall Captain Maldrin
Health: 800
Difficulty:
Attacks Damage:
1)Bolt level 4 (21 health): his Concussion Staff's shot bolts. Similar to the Dispersion Ammo 4, but lesser powerful. Very fast speed.
2)Melee Pound (35 health): usual Krall pound attack.
3)Melee Strike (33 health): usual Krall strikes.
4)Melee Throw: (0 to 38 health): the famous Krall throw. Sometimes it doesn't hurt.
Description:
A Krall captain tired of the Skaarj supremacy, deciding so, with the aid of his Krall, a rebellion against them. He has red tattoos and a Concussion Staff of higher level. He has two medals on his body also in order to show his "Captain" ranking.

Another not-so-hard battle, he is no stronger than the Cave Slith. Maldrin's big advantage here is the room space: you will have hard time to avoid his Bolts (similar to the DP shots of level 4) thanks to their incredible speed and weird collision. But here's an easy strategy to deplete all of his 800 health: as I said before equip the ASMD, and when he appears, run backwards near the dead Krall bodies and shoot at him 10 ASMD Tazer Proj. If you a good aim and patience, you'll hit him always, as he cannot dodge shots while being in the narrow corridor (the entrance of chamber you're in). Now Maldrin will probably start walking at you firing. Equip Stinger, try to stay some steps in front of him (backtracking as always) and Spread Fire him four times. To avoid the bolts, just strafe 1.5 steps to the left when he shoots them. You'll get the hand then. Now Maldrin should be near the Krall bodies area, so now fool him and go for the entrance of this chamber. Maldrin will start from far another time his chase, but you have all the space behind you to escape. Ending him is simple now, just use DP until he dies. Watch out at his bolts though, they are fast as hell.

Map 4 - Temple of Somana - Drevlin and Frieza

Strong Enemy fight: Skaarj Lord
Health: 320
Difficulty:

Piss easy. Once he sees you, retreat to the lift corridor by already starting pummelling him with Tazer Projs. Once in the corridor finish him with normal ASMD fire, strafing also in order to avoid the Skaarj Projectiles if possible.

Map 5 - The Valley of Shia'dorle - Jaunie and Frieza

None

Map 6 - The Catacombs of Shia'dorle - Jaunie and zynthetic

Stupid Boss Fight: Giant Gasbag
Health: 1000
Difficulty:
Attacks: The same as a normal Giant Gasbag.
Description: A Giant Gasbag guarding the building. He's probably the one who created the four Gasbags encountered before.

The lamest fight ever created for a game. There's no need for a strategy there: as soon as you see his nose, shoot at him with the ASMD normal fire until he's dead. Just stay in your position and hold the primary fire button. All the ASMD stuff launched at him make him stop... ALWAYS. He never attacks in this way. 36 ASMD shots are needed for his defeat.

Map 7 - Shia'dorle Refuge - zynthetic

Stupid Boss Fight: Giant Squid
Health: 480
Difficulty:
Attacks:
1)Slap (40 health): It's the normal Squid attack in which he uses three tentacles to bust you.
2)Thrust (45 health): The attack in which the Squid both damages you and take you more versus him.
3)Oil gas: A special move of the Squid trying badly to confuse you. But Unreal graphics betray them.
Description:
An enormous grown Squid enclosed in the catacombs for aeons. He seeks meat for avenge.

If you need a strategy for this guy... well he's not as easy as the previous lame thing fought in the previous map, but it's quite the same thing, as the boss will never manage to hit you. As soon as you see him, start DP green shots pummelling, forever. If he's near you, retreat to the room above and kill him from there (he cannot get you unless you press "forward" for error). He doesn't have tons of health so the fight will be also very short. Try to not joke with him though: he's tentacles can kill you in no time.

Map 8 - Nd'Defel's Defeat - zynthetic

Boss Fight: Titan
Health: 4350 - 30% resistance to Exploded damage (DP, Eightball and Flak Cannon)
Difficulty:
Attacks:
1)Punch (80 damage): Usual Titan's punch attack.
2)Slap (85 damage): Usual Titan's slap attack.
3)Boulders (80 from instakill damage): fear these leet rocks.
4)Earthquake: Does this a lot. The famous quake is used here in order to make you vulnerable to his rocks.
Description:
One of the enormous beasts called Titan roaming the lands of Na Pali. They are incredibly strong, and this cave guardian is no exception.

A pretty damn hard guy. This is not your generic Titan battle. He has twice the health of a normal one, likes a lot earthquakes and the environment here make escape quite impossible. At the start of the fight, when you enter the area, start to run to his throne and charge Eightball bombs. When you're near him, try to hit him with at least six bombs. Now remember the pillar where the Skaarj Assassin was using to hide? It's time to use it ourselves too (in the dark area behind the pillar, is here where you need to hide). The Titan cannot go in your area because he can't descend ledges (lol), but he'll throw stones like there's no end and he'll create tons of earthquakes. It can happen everything: you're hiding behind the pillar, he does an earthquake that sends you far from it, Titan sees you, Titan throw rocks at you, you die, game over etc, etc, etc... But happens rarely, and the pillar is just the best protection. Now how to kill him. Be sure to have been successful with the first assault. Hide in the pillar now. If you hear him walking, start to charge bombs, make yourself visible from the Titan and shoot him. Then quickly return to the pillars (you'll avoid the rocks, trust me, you just need ACCURACY and SPEED). Got the thing? You just need to fool the Titan, making yourself visible when he's not throwing rocks at you and use that time to shoot him. Save through the fight if you fell yourself near the danger and already damaged it a lot. I spent the following ammo on him: rockets until your ammo quantity touch 18, 120 Stinger projectiles (I'll recommend the primary fire. When he's doing still nothing spread fire is useful), ASMD shots until your ammo quantity touch 20 (including the one spent for the Skaarj Assassin fought before. If you refilled the weapon with one ASMD Core found in the map, then the quantity will be 30). The rest all with DP, plus Amplifier ones and tons of patience for the recharge of its ammo. He got a lot of health so the fight is very long. Never underestimate him. Maybe you can also exploit his AI bug: hide behind the pillar and see if the Titan stops. Now try to move in order to make visible one of his shoulder and shoot it. If he doesn't move, continue to do this (he'll get stunned every time, so no earthquakes and rocks throwing). When he's dead, save the game.

Map 9 - Palace of Chizra - Waffnuffly

Strong Enemy Fight: Titan
Health: 3262 - 30% resistance to Exploded damage
Difficulty:

This is easy. As I said don't enter the place, because the door cannot be opened from inside. You're going to spend lots of ammo, which can be regained easily from what you left in this level. As you open the doors, charge six rockets (no spread fire please) on the Titan. Shoot, pass to the DP, activate Amplifier and shoot it until the door closes. Re open it and restart the assault. The Titan will start to move to your position, stopping sometimes to throw rocks at you. To avoid them, just stay near the wall and hope for the best. You should never be damaged, even for one bit, in this battle (if happens, load the game. Recommended). While he's coming, throw at him rockets and ASMD shots. When he arrives at the door, it's time to use Flak Shells on him until he dies. The big rule is just not being hit and stay in the corridor. That's all.

Map 10 - Temple of Novana - MMAN

None

Map 11 - Entry to Triskaden - MMAN

Boss Fight: Stone GasBeast
Health: 2100
Difficulty:
Attacks:
InstaKill Boulders! And some heavy stones too that must be avoided if you're lucky. The boss never use Melee Attacks, so you'll receive only rocks.
Description:
The Five-Eyed demon that Carpathus created for the protection of Na Pali against invasors. Hibernated in this tomb because of his tremendous power and disobedience to his master Carpathus.

Ok, this fight is hard. When the earthquake occur, go behind the pillar on your right. This guy is mad, moves and throw rocks a lot, and it is worse than a Titan. First of all he doesn't punch you, so "anti-Gasbag-through-close-ranged-fights" strategy will not work, as he'll instead drop a rock on you. The best way to beat him is to stay in the lateral corridor, confuse him by going to one position to another (best: move around one of the column). This will make the boss dizzy, but remember that its thrown boulders last a while and so its fragments; a too fast run and it is over. You need a certain rhythm to do this, but you'll learn it easily. Confusing him will make him stop attacking QUITE always, so in this moment is the time to drop two well-aimed Flak Shells. And the hard fact is that you need a good accuracy too. After ten Flaks, pass to fifty Automag bullets. Take also profit when he stop attacking. He'll still not die... and now the hard part will come with the Dispersion Pistol. Just try to get near him and shoot... an Amplified shoot is even better, but don't waste more than ONE (good moment to shoot: when he take a rest from boulder throwing). Passing to the opposite corridor through the path behind the altar is also good. In my last run I also managed to exploit his AI, so try this: when he's behind one of the column (I say for example the nearest one to the corridor with the Skaarj Body), try to make yourself visible near the altar, always in the same side (in this case you should be at the right side of the statue). Now the boss should be stuck in the column and cannot do nothing until you move. Defeating him then is piss easy. More than this there aren't other tips... no real strategy against this guy. Just two things though: don't go to the entrance or you'll be dead meat. His boulders have an awesome range. And second, he gets stuck a lot while he's searching for you in the side corridors, although he'll shoot rocks then, so retreat behind the pillar by surprising the GasBeast in his back or go to the opposite corridor. He may be pathetic or troublesome, depending how he AI wants to act. Good luck.

Map 12 - Triskaden Station - Hellscrag

None

Map 13 - Nuk'Ratha Pass - Willis

Boss Fight: Mercenary Leader Noork
Health: 1740
Difficulty:
Attacks:
1)Noork's Elbow (90 health): a name for his fast Melee Punches. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!
2)Machine Gun: (10 health per hit): Noork's machine gun. Weakest attack and easy to avoid.
3)UT Seeking Rockets (75 health): Noork shoots UT's RL rockets. Their Splash damages cover a big radius. TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!
4)Invulnerability Shield (last 15 seconds after activation): boss's ultimate cheap tool. He activates it even if there's a rat walking below him :P
5)Taunt: Instantly kills you. J/K :) Best time for an attack by yours.
Description:
A Mercenary boss leading his troopers to conquer Triskaden Station and find this mysterious Artifact. He's known to be strong and fight his enemies in the cheapest way possible.

I. Hate. This. Boss.
Really, this guy can just pwn you in every way he want. It's impossible to beat this at the first three tries. He's just hard for his missiles: incredible speed, damage, splash damage and radius. Not to mention the kickback (oh! A lava lak-GAME OVER). Then the melee damage (but you never manage to stay near him for two seconds) and lastly, his goddamn Invulnerability Shield... fifteen full seconds after activation, and it is just the right time for him to pwn you. Not good. Well, this boss can be killed by dropping him in the lava pool (the one of the broken bridge. The other one has BlockActors and so Noork can't fall in it) if you don't care about points, but it is even harder (but rarely he's capable of jumping in that lava pool for a nice suicide. Still no points though :().
Don't cry anyway, there's a strategy against this bastard like anyone. Firstly, make sure where Noork appears: from above or from a nook on the left (after the big boulder). Reload the game then. As he appears shoot at him an Amplified normal DP bolt. He'll get hurt and activate then the Shield. Now run back to the bridge room and wait him near the ramp with the Automag. As he appears, shoot and retreat to the other ramp, by staying away from the various walls because of his rockets. After shooting 20 bullets to his metal body and still not got heavily hit by him, save the game. Now equip the Eightball and run around the bridge and lava pit rooms, letting him follow you. Watch out as he sometimes stop near the bridge to ambush you with rockets. To prevent this (he shouldn't be behind you during this), just use a DP secondary fire bolt in that room or advance SLOWLY near that area. Now to damage him perfectly with your explosive weapon, let him descend one of the ramp, while you are in front of him waiting. If the boss is descending the pathway by jumping (the other way is descending normally by SHOOTING you, so remember that), charge 3 bombs and drop them on him (you may save before this for perfect hits). If done correctly and still haven't lost a lot of health, retreat to a safe position and save the game. You should do this until you consume 12 rockets, and trying to avoid all the possible attacks (also don't harm him if he has the shield). After any successful assault (good hits and quite no damage), save the game. The hard thing is the Eightball's auto-lock, as it will trigger Noork's shield if you're aiming at him with this weapon. The solution is just to switch tools when you are going to damage him. He may take a while to learn, so be patient. The last part is devoted to the DP. Noork should now cease to running to you, in order to find covers by your hits. He can be extremely dumb in this mode. For a start, send him another Amplified shot, then retreat and save the game if this mini-assault gone correctly. The DP is very fast for Noork's Shield activation of you are near him, and when Noork starts to get afraid of you, he'll become less aggressive and running around. Just lure him to the bridge room and stand in the ramp corridors. Then quickly go to him, pray that he does not shoot rocket in that moment (which isn't common anymore) and DP him again one time (no amplified shot anymore). Then retreat and save again. Do this with patience until this nightmare dies. When he dies, take a beer and be happy :)

Map 14 - Fortress of K'etrith - Maekh

Strong Enemy Fight: Ice Skaarj
Health: 300
Difficulty:

First of all, he's isn't as though as a Skaarj Berserker, and he isn't mad like a Skaarj Berserker.
In other words this guy is just a weakened version of the Ice Skaarj found in the storage area of Triskaden. Why he's more weak? Because his size is bigger and has less opportunities to avoid your attacks. As I said, return in the Skaarj room and wait for him, FlakCannon equipped. When he appears and start to descend the staircase by jumping, throw two Flak Shells at him. He'll retreat like the Skaarj Berserker did before. Finish him with the DP.

Strong Enemy Fight: Behemoth
Health: 500 - 30% resistance to Exploded damage
Difficulty:

A normal Behemoth, although it can kick you away very easily with his insane rockets. Throw at him various shells (don't let the quantity of your shells go below 40) and finish him with the DP. Hide behind the rocks to avoid his attacks and also confusing him by running around this latter environmental piece.

Map 15 - Kra'filnish Valley - EBM and Lightning Hunter

First Skaarj Group Fight:
1)Skaarj Trooper - ASMD - Health: 170
2)Skaarj Gunner - Eightball - Health: 170
3)Skaarj Trooper - ASMD - Health 170
Additional guests:
Gasbag - Health: 200
Difficulty:

The second hardest Skaarj fight in this level, just because of the two ASMD Skaarj Trooper and the dropped Skaarj's Rifle on your left that will disappear after some time. You just need to be quick, patient. Accuracy is not optional also. Just a second after you arrive at the place, equip the Rifle and start shooting at the head the first Skaarj Trooper on the left (two headshot, but it's impossible anyway) before he can react. Be sure to strafe when necessary. As the other two Skaarj have spotted you, strafing becomes a must. Be quick, use Rifle on the Skaarj Gunner (try to kill him if possible), and then go for the third Skaarj, using Rifle (don't waste more than 8. After you touch 42, get the dropped Rifle on the left) and ASMD normal shots. Be patient, as he likes the Shield a lot. Stay always in the same position and you'll hopefully prevail. You just need to be quick, as the Skaarj will come one after one. Sometimes a Gasbag will appear on the left, in the nook between the mountains. He can be killed with three seeking Eightball rockets. There's no other easy way to beat this group with being less harmed possible. The rest depends on your skills, that are a requisite for beating this map.

Second Skaarj Group Fight:
1)Skaarj Trooper - ASMD - Health: 170
2)Skaarj Trooper - Flak Cannon - Health: 170
Additional guest:
Caruthers - TO BE AVOIDED!
Difficulty:

This shows that the number of enemies isn't the only factor which make a game hard. These two guys can destroy you in seconds. Stay far from them, and the ASMD Skaarj will become a nightmare; stay close from them to die in two seconds :P
But, as we all know, there's a strategy against this team. First of all, when you see them (and so when they see you) ESCAPE. You need to lure them away from Caruthers; otherwise is instant game over. The first safe area is the pathway connecting the large lake and the ruins. Equip ASMD and try to damage the ASMD Skaarj while you retreat. Be careful to the Flak Cannon Skaarj and his spread fires. Retreat near the ruins. If you are good, you can manage to kill the ASMD Skaarj (six to nine ASMD laser shots = dead Skaarj), but I doubt you'll not be harmed. Just don't let the Flak Skaarj be near you. When the ASMD Skaarj is finally dead, you now have to dispose of the second Skaarj. There's an easy strategy for this: equip the Flak Cannon and hide behind an heightened piece of earth (should be one near the ruins). The Skaarj is very dumb and he'll wait you from the other side. Bombard him from your position with Flak Shells and he'll die. This strategy may works also with the ASMD Skaarj, making then the battle a piece of cake (it's not that hard). Get then the dropped weapons at lighting speed. Reflexes and accuracy are the keys of this battle.

Boss Fight: Caruthers
Health: 125
Difficulty:
Attacks:
Just image a Godlike bot armed with a Minigun.
Description:
A crazy human, leader of a squad, sent in a mission on Na Pali. He hasn't both dignity and heart. After killing by surprise all of his mates, he decided to finish the said mission by his own.

Ok, the hardest boss of Deja Vù. On Unreal difficulty, he's a Godlike bot with 125 health and with a Minigun. He never misses (95% chances of an hit) and the weapon can kill you in seconds. Not to mention he can see and heard you from miles.
The only strategy which I can give is this: advance in his area with Invisibility turned On and Rifle equipped. When you see him, do a pray and try to hit him in the head one time and a normal shot (the headshot should be done at the start. If done correctly, any other Rifle shot would kill him). If you fail, you're dead meat, so reload and retry. This is the strategy. A battle of ten seconds, but extremely hard without a good accuracy. Be joyful when you kill him without being damaged :)
Something which may make the situation even harder is the Health Pack found in his area. If he pick up it, you need a second Rifle shot in his body. Maybe the best way is to start the stealth assault when he's on the extreme right. If you haven't picked up the Invisibility from Map 13, you're more doomed, and the only way to pass is just shooting by surprise various ASMD laser shots to him until he dies. More than that, I cannot give more. The fight IS HARD AS HELL and HE'S FAST AS HELL TOO.

Third Skaarj Group Fight:
1)Skaarj Gunner - Eightball - Health: 170 - Drops Rocket Can
2)Skaarj Scout - Health: 180
3)Skaarj Trooper - RazorJack - Health: 170 - Drops Razor Ammo
4)Skaarj Gunner - Eightball - Health 170 - Drops Rocket Can
5)Skaarj Scout - Health: 180
Additional guests: None
Difficulty:

Compared to previous ones, this is easier. Firstly save the game as always, and check the field, by staying at the start of the big area, over the heightened piece of earth found just before it. You'll spot a Skaarj Scout on the right and a Skaarj Gunner near a rock, on the left. Start shooting a DP red bolt on the visible Skaarj Scout mentioned above (he'll eat it, don't worry) and equip Rifle; aim for the visible Skaarj Gunner's head and shoot it like mad, until he dies. Now the other Skaarj will come and they'll beat you with blades, rockets and stars. Is easy: use Blades on the Scouts and charged bombs on upcoming Skaarj Trooper/Gunner (three bombs = KOed Skaarj). Just stay before the raised terrain and destroy them from here. Retreat more if you fell overwhelmed.

Fourth Skaarj Group Fight:
1)Skaarj Infantry - Stinger - Health: 170 - Drops Stinger Ammo
2)Skaarj Infantry - Stinger - Health: 170 - Drops Stinger Ammo
Additional guests: None
Difficulty:

Easiest Skaarj fight of the level. What you have to do is this: walk on the left side of the path you're on, and stop in the position near the one where you have encountered the last Gasbag. Now check the area for a Skaarj Infantry (he's on the right, after the raised rock). Now shoot a DP red bolt at him and the escape to the Caruthers area. He'll chase you, along with another Skaarj Infantry. They are pretty much against the chase though, so it's better staying in a position in order you not see them and they not see you (Caruthers's cove). Although you have to be visible at certain times otherwise the Skaarj will just cease the hunt. When they are near enough the dead human's area, assault them with the Stinger. The battle is not hard, just stay far from them. They are stupid and get stuck most of the time.

Strong Enemy Fight: Stone Titan
Health: 2610
Difficulty:

Pretty easy. Take him to the valley you used to come in his area and fill him with red DP bolts (no Amplifier please). Once the DP is discharged, use 120 Tarydium crystals as a second resort. Now the Stone Titan is weakened enough to be KOed with a DP (mix primary and secondary fire). Avoiding his stones is easy... just strafe to left and right and retreat behind mountain nooks if you fell overwhelmed.

Strong Enemies Fight: Two Stone Titans
Health: 2610
Difficulty:

Both beasts are alerted after the death of the two Gasbags, so attract their attention with a shoot (preferably to the nearest one). Both Stone Titans now know where you are, so retreat in a lower position of the path you're on and try to lure only one Titan. Sounds hard but it's easy. You should stay on the right side, so the boss will stop before the raised rock on the right (the one without palm). If he's stuck here just to throw rocks (he'll it the mountain most of the time so don't get afraid too much: you'll avoid just by using strafes and cover) save the game. If you're lucky as hell, the other Titan will forgot you and stay in one position without doing trouble to other enemies (chances of this are 10%). That's the hard thing of the fight, but this is just only for those who want to kill every monsters for the score (maybe you can try to see what he's doing while dodging the rocks. It's just pure luck. Or use Mutate spyd00d and viewclass titan :)). Dealing with the first beast is easy. As he's stuck behind the stone, pummel him with Amplified DP shots, 40 Tarydium crystals and 50 blades. If he's still alive, finish him with the DP. Watch out at the bouncing boulders: you may get one even from behind. Once he's killed, save the game and wake the other Titan. Same strategy: make him stuck behind the raised stone, use 44 rockets and DP shots until he dies.

Fifth Skaarj Group Fight:
1)Skaarj Sniper - Rifle - Health: 140
2)Skaarj Officer - RazorJack - Health: 200
3)Skaarj Infantry - Stinger - Health: 170
4)Skaarj Gunner - Eightball - Health: 170 - Drops Rocket Can
5)Skaarj Gunner - Flak Cannon - Health: 170
Additional Guests:
Behemoth - Health: 700 - Drops Rocket Can
Skaarj Assassin - Health: 300
Skaarj Assassin - Health: 300
Skaarj Lord - Health: 320
Ice Skaarj Leader - Health: 1200 - Boss Monster - Attacks everyone
Difficulty:

After reading the files above, the fight sounds impossible... Not really actually. For the additional guests, it's pretty rare that the Ice Skaarj Leader and his "guys" will be alerted. If you don't mind the score, that would be a good thing nonetheless, if it happens (only one time to me).
To fight the trooper enemies, start to not advance at all to the ship. Equip the Rifle and check for a Skaarj Sniper over a metal crate: he's the first to die. Put yourself beneath the opposite mountain at the Skaarj, and be sure that's only the Sniper the one you see. Now shoot him with a fully charged DP shot, then immediately equip Rifle and aim at him. The shot bolt will hurt him heavily, and once he starts to move (trying to jump from the crate) kill him with two (or one if you can headshot) Rifle rounds. Now the other four Skaarj will appear to seek your death... like CRAZY. No one has the ASMD (or this battle would be twice the difficulty), but you have to avoid four types of weapon shot differently (the easiest to avoid are probably the rockets, so the Skaarj Gunner with the Eightball would be your last kill here).
To destroy them all, you firstly have to save the game (eh lol) after you kill the Sniper, so you waste less time if you die. Then you have to retreat to the path which you used to beat the Stone Titan team. Now, pray your dodging & accuracy skills, luck etc..., by killing all the Skaarj with charged bombs (be mad). Flak Shells also works, and maybe RazorJack too (aim for the head). Retreat always if you feel overwhelmed. Rockets Spread fire is also a good idea if they are nearby.
You'll probably find this battle easy after a while, is mostly a "kill at an uber-speed who comes". You may also take profit of friendly kills, especially from the two Skaarj Gunner. The one with the Flak Cannon should be anyway the first to die, as he's the most dangerous. If the Ice Skaarj Leader manages also to find the troopers, let the fight starts. It's better helping both parts here (remember that the boss is just a modified Skaarj Berserker).

Strong Enemy Fight: Behemoth
Health: 700
Difficulty:

He's pretty easy seems you have tons of rooms to avoid his attacks. Just stay away, lure him to a safe place (always in the same area) and destroy him with DP (some Automag bullets too).

Boss Fight: Ice Skaarj Leader
Health: 1200
Difficulty:
Attacks:
Claw (27 Health per hit): The double punch-like attack of the Skaarj.
Spin (43 Health per hit): The Skaarj Spin. This ISL's strongest attack, but the easiest to avoid.
Lunge (43 Health): ISL's Lunge. May get on the nerves after a while, as it is pretty common.
Skaarj projectiles (16 Health per hit): ISL's hardest to attack to avoid, but due to his size, speed and friendship problems you don't have to worry that much.
Description:
The leader of the Skaarj army which has invaded the fortress of K'etrith and Kra'filnish valley. He's very irascible against his soldiers, at the level of attacking even them like Skaarj Berserkers do. He has incredible physical strength.
The helpers:
Skaarj Assassin x2 - Health: 300
Skaarj Lord - Health: 320

This is an easy fight for the ones who don't mind having a good score. Start to shoot four Rifle round on all Skaarj. Now they start to chase you, so retreat in the previous valley (the Stone Titan one). The ISL will probably start to get angry at his soldiers, and he's faster than them. His first argue will be against the Skaarj Lord. For the two Skaarj Assassins, refill them with Flak Shells until they die (finish with DP if they escape). Now for the boss and his ex-soldier (if he's still living or not). Kill firstly the Skaarj Lord with other Shells than pass to the ISL. He isn't hard at all, just run backwards while throw Flak Shells at him until he dies. If he's near you, Flak Cannon's primary fire is a must. Dodge in order to avoid most of his attacks and to take more distance from him.

Map 16 - Location Z-14 - Mister Prophet and fix by Hellscrag

Strong Enemies Fight:
1)Skaarj Protector
Health: 300
Difficulty:
Attacks: Same as a Skaarj Berserker (20 for claw attacks and 40 for spin and lunge)
Description: A high class of Skaarj Warriors. They have grey skins and have particular strong Raziks (the hand blades). Their role is protecting the Skaarj Elder.
2)Skaarj Praetorian Trooper - Eightball
Health: 580
Difficulty:
Attacks: Use Eightball and has enhanced damage for the melee attacks (30 for spin and claw attack, 35 for lunge)
Description: Troopers of a class of Skaarj named Praetorians. They have incredible strength and skill, and they look like are always covered with blood. They serve the Skaarj Elder and command the various Skaarj Protectors of the area.

This is the map's hardest fight. You're pitted in a closed room against a Skaarj Protector and a mad SPT with an Eightball, and he has accuracy and speed. You firstly have to kill the Protector. He exit from the door near the button, which should be on your left. As he exit, he'll chase you on the ledge like an idiot, so run backwards (opposite side and beneath the wall, so you'll have higher chances to avoid SPT's rockets and throw at him Flak Shells until he dies (three or four and he's dead). If you didn't sustain much damage from the SPT's mad shots, save the game and don't move from your ledge, always with the Flak Cannon. The miniboss is completely mad as he strafe a lot, not to mention shoot rockets with incredible aim. You have to imitate him, by strafing and dodge his attacks (stay away from wall or the rocket explosions will hurt you) and throw Flak Shells at him accurately when he isn't strafing. He likes to stay in the middle part, but when you damage him enough he'll get angry and run to you. If he does this, dodge in the middle and continue the assault. If you spent to much Flak Shells (try not to waste more than 12 of them, Protector battle included) pass to the Automag. He doesn't have lots of health. The fights shouldn't be anyway that hard... just a generic tough battle made of dodges and accuracy.

Boss Fight: Skaarj Elder
Health: 2320
Difficulty:
Attacks:
1)Warlord Rockets (60 health per perfect hit): usual Warlord rockets, easy to avoid through retreating and dodging.
2)Erebus Strike (200 health): the true face of the Skaarj Elder strength. An insta-hit melee attack which can kill you if you don't have armors or adequate protections. Just don't be dumb and stay away from the boss... AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!!
Description:
An old Skaarj Warlord with incredible physical strength. He commands the troops of Location Z-14 and Kra'filnish valley. No one knows what he wants.

He's pretty much a pushover in every sense, unless you have: bad accuracy, don't retreat, don't dodging, eating all the rockets, running to the boss thinking he's female and know the rest, don't shoot and staying near him and getting killed by his Erebus Strike (my name anyway). LOL :)
Ok, the simplest strategy is this: once he comes from the hole in the middle, shoot him like mad with ASMD laser shots, while running around the arena and dodging coming rockets (watch out at his shooting tricks). Your shots will slow him down, not for the damage, but because he fly-dodges (almost without a point). It will end up that you'll be a Km far from him. If he manages to fly near you (which usually happens), try to dodge consecutive times and confuse him by going around one of the pillars. You just need to shoot 40 ASMD laser blasts, 50 bullets from the Automag and ten Flak Shells. Use even lock-on rockets if you want (from a far distance though). He's just easy. After tons of punishment, he'll teleport away. If something is going wrong, you can always save yourself with three NHPs found in the terrain area of courtyard.

Final Boss: Skaarj Elder
Health: 2030
Difficulty:
Attacks: Same as before.
Description:
The Skaarj Elder is still living like an aggressive Titan after his first heavy defeat. He'll do anything to stop you, using also the aid of the Cryo Skaarj.
Guests: Cryo Skaarj (10 of them)
Health: 275
Difficulty:
Attacks: Same as a Skaarj Protector
Descriptions:
Skaarj Protectors that ingested Tarydium's radiation power. This will make them less durable but faster. They serve the Skaarj Elder for the last battle, unless if shot by the boss.

The last battle is on the easy side. Stay in the area where you fell, equip the Rifle and snipe the Skaarj Elder on the head until he comes near you, along with two Cryo Skaarj. When the boss is nearby, switch to the GBR or Flak Cannon to heavily damage him while running in circles. Cryo Skaarj get a lot in the way of you and the boss; so there will be enemy battles, where you can help the Cryo Skaarj pitted against the Elder or just destroy the other one who's bothering you. Every dead CS gives you Health Packs, and there are ten of them. Although you just have to kill the boss firstly. Never let him comes near you (if he hits you with the Strike, it's game over as the Cryo Skaarj will easily kill you then) and spam Shells and slimes onto him like there's no end. If he starts to retreat (Skaarj Elder heavily damaged then), use Rifle again. You just need to watch out at the coming Cryo Skaarj, so don't be near the portals that they use to appear and kill quickly the boss.
